Q: how do you take a dvd out of a dvd player if the dvd player does not work anymore?
A: if its on a computer there is a small hole around the faceplate using a straighted paper clip push it in the hole and it should push the disk tray out for you to pull it out the rest of the way, if your using a entertainment center DVD and it doesn't
I bought a DVD player a few months ago and already it isn't working. I can play the DVD's on another player so its not them, its the player. Is there such a thing as a DVD cleaner? Short of buying a new one, what can I do? Thank you.

Sure it wasn't HD quality but it was a lot better than with my previous DVD player. So the SH-B123 won some brownie points right away with me.
