Q: is there any kind of law to prevent someone who has taken a lets say (NOT G-rated) home video that you made with your spouse and make dvd's with it and no i don't know that he has given any of them to other people but i have ask him for the tape and he
A: If you did not sign a release (which I'm sure you didn't!), then he probably does NOT have the right to distribute it or sell it.
I'm not sure, unfortunately. I assume you already asked him for all copies back. I would consult a lawyer.
I've been creating home video's from our samsung camera's software, cyberlink powerdirector, and after the rendering process is complete I am having a failure window pop up after/during the burning of the video to the dvd. I think the movie size is too
maybe a stupid question, but....why were films never released as film reels for home projection, as I believe, even downgrading the 35-mm film to 8mm for home projectors, would still give much higher queality than vhs, and possibly HD, and all much sooner
I have an home video that I would like to upload from my camcorder to my laptop & post it on Youtube.
